Full Title: 2025 Member Representative Conference (Reactivation Conference) of the Shanghai Student Astronomy Alliance and Student Astronomy Club Exchange
Purpose: This conference will reactivate the Alliance structure, revise its regulations, elect the Council members, and outline the Alliance’s development plan for the 2025–2026 academic year. It will also feature student astronomy club exhibitions, academic lectures, and interactive sessions for students.

Expected On-site Participants: Around 100 people
Participants: Representatives of astronomy clubs from local high schools, astronomy enthusiasts from other regions, current and former members of the Alliance, general astronomy enthusiasts, and researchers.
The event is open to the public. Non-members are welcome to register. Students in related clubs are encouraged to participate and exchange in person.
Souvenirs will be provided to all on-site participants.
Participation Methods:
This conference will primarily be held offline. To accommodate more participants, we will also offer live streaming, online conference access, and video recordings afterwards. Those unable to attend in person, including students from other regions, are welcome to join online. Please choose your participation method accordingly.
